(AGES 3, 4, & 5)
\ Let your little ninja play, train, and get their wiggles out!
\ Kids learn ninja body basics including jumping, climbing, running, hanging, and how to fall.
\ The body awareness, listening, and skills learned in this class will progress so kids can transition into Elementary Beginner Ninja
\ One 40 minute class per week

BEGINNER NINJA
(AGES 6-11)
\ Learn basics and work on the skills to be able to beat the walls & conquer all the obstacles!
\ Students wear colored wristbands and work hard to level up to the next color
\ Ninjas are evaluated once per month to determine level
\ Coaches will determine when a student is ready to move up to Intermediate Ninja
\ One 50 minute class per week
\ Parent or guardian does not need to be present

INTERMEDIATE NINJA
(AGES 6-11)
\ Builds upon the skills learned in Beginner Ninja
\ Coaches will determine when a student is ready for this level
\ Students wear colored wristbands and work hard to level up to the next color

\ One 50 minute class per week
\ Parent or guardian does not need to be present

TEENAGE NINJA
(AGES 12-18)
\ This class is for students in Junior High & High School
\ Learn skills to conquer the obstacles throughout the gym
\ Involves strength & conditioning & speed training that transfer over to other sports
\ Students wear colored wristbands and work hard to level up to the next color
\ Ninjas are evaluated once per month to determine level
\ One 50 minute class per week
\ $62 per month

NINJA U TEAM
(AGES 6-18)
\ For kids wanting to train to compete in ninja warrior competitions or apply to be on American Ninja Warrior Junior
\ Participants will work hard to achieve goal-based success & conquer appropriate leveled obstacles. The hope will be that Team Ninja U will be able to represent the Iowa by competing at UNAA (Ultimate Ninja Athletic Association) & NCNS (North Central Ninja Series) competitions. Competitions attended will mostly likely be in Iowa, Minnesota, & South Dakota as well as hosted locally at Ninja U. Competitions are not required.

\ Ninjas are evaluated once per month to determine level
\ Students get Unlimited Open Gym, their own yellow locker & padlock, & a 20% off merch discount

\ Coached by Cedar Falls legendary PE teacher, Mary Dickens

EVEREST TRAINING PROGRAM
(AGES 18+)
\ This fitness class focuses on interval based training to improve health, tighten up, and feel great!
\ Utilizes our Everest incline hill
\ During warm weather, Thursday workouts happen at the UNI track
\ Three 45 minute workouts per week
\ $75 per month or a 10 punch card for $100 (purchase at gym)
\ Monday, Wednesday & Thursdays at 5:30am
EVEREST JUNIOR
(AGES 10-18)
\ This general fitness class for upper elementary, junior high & high school students focuses on interval based training to improve speed, strength, agility, and overall fitness!
\ Utilizes our Everest incline hill
\ Two 60 minute workouts per week
\ $68 per month or a 10 punch card for $100 (purchase at gym)

EVEREST GOLD PROGRAM
(AGES 55+)
\ We aim to support fitness & athleticism at every age
\ This modified Everest Training Program is for fitness beginners or age 55+
\ The focus is on gentle cardio, easy to intermediate balance, strength, & fall prevention
\ Two 45 minute workouts per week
\ $62 per month or 10 punch card for $100 (purchase at gym)
\ Monday & Thursday at 10am
ADAPTIVE NINJA
(AGE 3+)
\ These Pop Up classes occur on random Saturday mornings from 8:30-9:30 before the gym is open to the public
\ This class is for students with specific adaptive needs. No matter the disability – there will be something for everyone – even friends in wheelchairs will have obstacle challenges to ninja on!
\ If you have a provider or supports in place for your student, they are more than welcome to participate/volunteer with your student!

If you don’t see the class you are looking for or the class you would like is full, email us at Info@ninjau.com to be added to a waiting list. Openings in current classes occur when a student moves up or drops out.
Once enrolled, your student’s class enrollment automatically continues each month. We try to make everything easy & maintenance free for busy parents! Tuition is billed to your saved payment method (credit card or debit card) each month on the 1st of the month. If you would like to be done with class, please email us at info@ninjau.com or submit a drop request in the Parent Portal. We do need drop requests in writing – do not just tell your coach during class.
Siblings of kids in class get 20% open gym admission during class time, so no need to sit watching another practice! Let them burn some energy too!

American Ninja Warrior - Guest Coach

What would make an American Ninja Warrior birthday party more epic than having a REAL American Ninja Warrior there to hang out with you? One of our the local ANW athletes from national tv will join you for your party! They are all amazing with kids and would love to show you the ropes!

ADDITIONAL PARTY INFO
PRIVATE PARTY AREA
Our private party area has everything you’ll need. Two 10 foot rectangular picnic tables and one 10 foot regular table will be set up and ready for you when you arrive. There is a kitchen sink, fridge, and freezer ready for whatever treats or food you’d like to bring! A bathroom is adjacent to this area as well. Please do not arrive any earlier than 20 minutes.
PARTY GUESTS
\ RSVP’s – It’s okay if you don’t know exactly how many guests you will have when you book your party. If unknown, just pay for the package alone. You can pay for any additional guests the day of your party.
\ 10 party participants does not include the birthday ninja. You may have 11 all together. Additional guests may be purchased for $12 each.
\ All participants will need a waiver signed by their parent. Parent of the birthday ninja may not sign other children’s waivers. The waiver link can be emailed out before the party (www.NinjaU.com/waiver). If a guest shows up without a waiver and the parent is not present, waivers can be sent to parents via text messaging.
\ Spectators are always free at Ninja\U. So if grandparents, aunts & uncles, or other adults are there to help with the party, they do not need to be counted as part of the 10 guests UNLESS they would like to try the obstacles.
\ Please ask guests to wear clean athletic shoes.
PARTY DETAILS
\ You may arrive 20 minutes prior to the start of your party in order to set up and be ready to greet your guests.
\ You may bring your own food & decorations. A fridge, freezer, & kitchen sink are located in your private party area. Dollar Tree is conveniently located next door for any of your party supply needs.
\ There are two rectangular picnic tables for your use and an additional table for gifts or food serving.
\ Food and drinks must remain in the party area.
\ The only clean up you need to do is make sure you take home everything you brought (including the children…who may not want to leave!)
\ What about joint birthday parties for 2 kids? Sure, just make sure to add both kids as guest of honor when you book. If you’ll need to add more guests, they will be $12 each. An additional t-shirt for the 2nd birthday child may be purchased for $21.

CANCELLATION POLICY
\ Parties can be rescheduled for FREE up to two days before the party. However, a $100 fee will be applied for those rescheduling within 48 hours of the party. Cancelled parties less than 14 days before the booked event will be refunded all but $100.
