World Ninja League Season XI North Central Region H2H Regional

The World Ninja League (WNL) is one of the largest and most established ninja warrior–style obstacle course racing leagues in the world. We’re excited to be hosting a Season XI North Central Region H2H Regional at Ninja U Cedar Falls! There are divisions for children starting at age 6 through masters division (40+) and every age in between. All divisions will be included in this event.
This competition is sanctioned by WNL and hosted by Ninja U. The course will be designed by Ninja U course designers and veteran athletes in line with WNL standards to provide the best ninja experience possible.
Qualification
WNL H2H Regional:
Each Head to Head Regional Championship will receive a set number of qualifying spots per division (age/gender) based on the number of athletes from that division who have participated in the region compared to the number of athletes who have participated in that division throughout all regions.
Challenge Course Rules
Athletes are given multiple opportunities to complete obstacles on a course but can only progress to the next obstacle by completing all of the obstacles before it. Athletes are ranked by the furthest obstacle completion in the fastest time.

- $115 after May 6th
Registration closes at midnight on Wednesday, May 13th. No refunds will be issued.
Competitor categories will be capped, so register early to guarantee your spot!

☀️ SUMMER CAMPS ARE BACK ☀️
Join us for an action-packed week of ninja training and fun! Camps run Monday–Friday on July 13–17. Monday–Thursday focus on ninja basics, games, and skill-building with real American Ninja Warriors, while Friday features a timed Ninja Warrior course with a buzzer finish.
Ages: 5–16
Cost: $119 per week
Drop-off camp
Bring shoes to change into and a water bottle!
Get your ninja in early, build skills, burn energy, and still have time to enjoy the summer heat!
Monday-Friday from 9-10 am
Toddler Time at Ninja\U!
It’s officially sunshine season… which means extra wiggle time = happier nap time. ☀️😴
And we’ve got the perfect place to burn that energy.
Every Thursday, 9–10am, it’s Toddlers-Only Open Gym at Ninja U!
There’s so much they can do: mini 4′ warped wall, swing, jump from padded box to padded box, run up the Everest hill, play ball in the dodgeball pit, and walk a balance beam — all without big kids taking over the space.
It’s a safe, toddler-sized space for them to explore, play, and wear themselves out (you’re welcome 😉).
Pricing: $8 drop-in or $40/month unlimited open gym. (No pre-registration for drop ins, just show up! Sign up online for the Unlimited Open Gym)

We do field trips for schools, daycare centers, and youth groups!

The World Ninja League (WNL) is one of the largest and most established ninja warrior style obstacle course racing leagues in the world. We’re excited to be hosting a Season XI North Central Region Qualifier at Ninja U Ankeny. There are divisions for children starting at age 6 through masters division (40+) and every age in between. All divisions will be included in this event.
This event is hosted by Ninja U in Ankeny, Iowa and is sanctioned by WNL. The course is designed by Ninja U course designers and veteran athletes in line with the World Ninja League (WNL) for the best ninja experience possible.
WNL Qualifier: The top 3 of each division will advance to the WNL North Central Regionals. As of now the Regional for the North Central Region date is unknown. World Finals will most likely be held in Greensboro, NC.
We will be running a double header! A Challenge course and a second Competition running under the Flow course format. With double the courses comes double the qualifiers and double the season points.

Need To Know
Spectators
Cost is $5 at the door (no cost for young children as there is not play space available this weekend)
General climbing chalk and general athletic tape are allowed. Ninja\U does sell small liquid chalk bottles for $6 and large ones for $18.
