PRESCHOOL NINJA
(AGES 3, 4, & 5)
\ Let your little ninja play, train, and get their wiggles out!
\ Kids learn ninja body basics including jumping, climbing, running, hanging, and how to fall.
\ The body awareness, listening, and skills learned in this class will progress so kids can transition into a Beginner Ninja class
\ One 40 minute class per week
\ A parents or guardian must be present during the class

BEGINNER NINJA
(AGES 6-11)
\ Learn basics and work on the skills to be able to beat the walls & conquer all the obstacles!
\ Students wear colored wristbands and work hard to level up to the next color
\ Ninjas are evaluated once per month to determine level
\ Coaches will determine when a student may move up into the Intermediate Ninja Class
\ One 50 minute class per week
\ Parent or guardian does not need to be present

INTERMEDIATE NINJA
(AGES 6-11)
\ Builds upon the skills learned in Beginner Ninja
\ Coaches will determine when a student is ready for this level

\ One 50 minute class per week

TEENAGE NINJA
(AGES 12-18)
\ This class is for students in Middle School & High School
\ Learn skills to conquer the obstacles throughout the gym
\ Involves strength & conditioning & speed training that transfer over to other sports
\ Students wear colored wristbands and work hard to level up to the next color
\ Ninjas are evaluated once per month to determine level
\ One 50 minute class per week

NINJA\U TEAM
(AGES 6-18)
\ For kids wanting to train to compete in ninja warrior competitions or apply to be on American Ninja Warrior Junior
\ Participants will work hard to achieve goal-based success & conquer appropriate leveled obstacles. Team Ninja U will represent Iowa by competing at UNAA (Ultimate Ninja Athletic Association) & NCNS (North Central Ninja Series) competitions. Competitions attended will mostly likely be in Cedar Falls, Minnesota, and South Dakota as well as hosted locally at Ninja U. Competitions are not required.

\ Ninjas are evaluated once per month to determine level
\ Team enrollees get Unlimited Open Gym & a 20% off merch discount
\ Two 80 minute classes per week

ADAPTIVE NINJA
(AGE 3+)
\ This class is for students with specific adaptive needs. No matter the disability – there will be something for everyone – even friends in wheelchairs will have obstacle challenges to ninja on!
\ If you have a provider or supports in place for your student, they are more than welcome to participate/volunteer with your student!
\ One 50 minute class per week
\ $75/month

If you don’t see the class you are looking for or the class you would like is full, email us at Ankeny@NinjaU.com to be added to a waiting list. Openings in current classes occur when a student moves up or drops out.
Once enrolled, your student’s class enrollment automatically continues each month. We try to make everything easy & maintenance free for busy parents! Tuition is billed to your saved payment method (credit card or debit card) each month on the 1st of the month. If you would like to be done with class, please email us at info@ninjau.com or submit a drop request in the Parent Portal. We do need drop requests in writing – do not just tell your coach during class.
Siblings of kids in class get 20% open gym admission during class time, so no need to sit watching another practice! Let them burn some energy too!

Leave the shopping & prep work to us! Tablecloths, plates, cups, napkins, & forks – all done up in Yellow & Black. We’ll have a bouquet of helium balloons (if available – as there has been a helium shortage recently. If unavailable, we’ll replace with other latex balloons in your party area.)
ADDITIONAL PARTY INFO
PRIVATE PARTY ROOMS
Your private party room is just inside the front doors. You’ll know which of our 2 rooms is yours because your child’s name will be on the screen above the door! One 10 foot rectangular table with benches is the focal point and so fun to decorate. This table holds approximately 12 kids. Additionally, bar seating lines the room. There is a kitchen sink, fridge, and freezer available for whatever treats or food you’d like to bring!
PARTY GUESTS
\ RSVP’s – It’s okay if you don’t know exactly how many guests you will have when you book your party. If unknown, just pay for the package alone. You can pay for any additional guests after your party.
\ Spectators are always free at Ninja\U. So if grandparents, aunts & uncles, or other adults are there to help with the party, they do not need to be counted as part of the 10 guests UNLESS they would like to try the obstacles.
\ Your package includes 10 party participants plus the birthday ninja. You may have 11 all together. Additional guests may be purchased for $14 each.
\ All participants will need a waiver signed by their parent/guardian. Parent of the birthday ninja may not sign other children’s waivers. The waiver link can be emailed out before the party (ninjau.com/waiver). If a guest shows up without a waiver and the parent is not present, waivers can be sent to parents via text messaging.
\ Please ask guests to wear clean athletic shoes (no boots or sandals).
\ You may arrive 20 minutes before your party begins to set up the party room.
\ You may bring your own food & decorations.
\ Food and drinks must remain in the party area.
ADDITIONAL PARTY INFORMATION
\ Birthday parties are to be paid in full upon booking (add-ons and additional guests can be paid for at the time of the event).
\ You may arrive 20 minutes prior to the start of your party in order to set up and be ready to greet your guests.
\ The only clean up you need to do is make sure you take home everything you brought (including the children…who may not want to leave!)
\ Can I do a joint party for 2 kids? Sure, just make sure to add both kids as guest of honor when you book. If you’ll need to add more guests, they will be $14 each. An additional t-shirt for the 2nd birthday child may be purchased for $21.

CANCELLATION POLICY
\ Parties can be rescheduled for FREE up to two days before the party. However, a $100 fee will be applied for those rescheduling within 48 hours of the party. Cancelled parties less than 14 days before the booked event will be refunded all but $100.
